- Agata helped me buy a home
Working with Agata Carpenter was a real pleasure. We live in the Bay area and were looking for a condo for our fresh graduate in Oceanside. It was a bit nerve wracking as we could not physically be there. Aggie listened to our wants and needs and kept showing properties and didn't stop till she helped us find a condo that best suits our son's needs. She is very positive and cheerful and was always ready to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond to get any information we needed. She gave us a full video tour of the condo and the apartment complex a few times and it was almost like being there, she also helped us get a general contractor for remodeling the apartment. We are very grateful for all her hard work and diligence and would like to thank Aggie for all of the work she did in getting our son's condo close for us. She has extensive experience in real estate and we would highly recommend Aggie to anyone buying or selling a home.

Aggie is truly a great agent! She helped our family so much with sale of my parents house. We had some issues with the final inspections during the sale and Aggie helped us through it and got the house sold. I highly recommend Aggie for her experience, patience and just being there for us. She staged our property beautifully, had fantastic professional photos taken, held an open house the first weekend and we received multiple offers by Monday. We accepted by Wednesday and she guided us through the inspections, tenting and escrow confidently. I'm not sure if other Real Estate Professionals use an online signing service but she does and it is a dream come true in time savings and ease. It was so much easier and convenient than our previous two real estate transactions. Selling or buying a home can be anxiety-filled. She always kept that at the lowest levels possible.
