My parents who are over the age of 60 had rented with Al Dasilva in 972 New Haven Rd, Naugatuck Ct. One of the most important things he had not mentioned was that he actually LIVES on property, right downstairs from the apartment. During the first week of their stay, there had been an issue with my parents mail being opened and put back in the mail box. When brought to Al's attention and my parents asked to see the camera footage, he had claimed that his cameras were not working that week and it never occurred again. After the first month of their stay, he had came to them with a different lease to sign with ridiculous new rules and asked them to change their parking spots not once, but 3 times and each time it was further and further away from the apartment entrance. During their entire stay, Al was and not truthful about many things and very disrespectful to my parents. He treated my 60+ old parents as if they were teenagers who were staying with him for free! For anybody looking to rent or buy with Al Dasilva, save yourself the stress and disappointment! 100% do NOT recommend

I needed some assistance searching for a home, after reaching out to a few brokerages I connected with Al Dasilva from Naugatuck, CT. The bottom review must have been written himself because my experience with him was distressing. Very unprofessional

My buddy and I rented from Al Dasilva and I have never dealt with let alone witnessed a "helicopter landlord". Al was always coming on to the property to find something to complain about. Every interaction AFTER singing the lease was appalling. As a 35 year old man, it was very frustrating to have somebody who is not my mother repeatedly complain about anything and everything while also telling you what to do. If I could go back and save myself the stress that renting with Al Dasilva brought, I would.

Was very knowledgeable about the area but did not show interest in customer relationship. Did not communicate well and was very inflexible with time.

Seeing from the previous reviews, I am not the only person who had a terrible experience working with Al Dasilva of Naugatuck, CT. Absolutely horrible.

Saw all of the warning signs that this was not a good person to do business with. Should have trusted my gut, but I did get a better idea of what kind of home I am looking for. 3/5 Stars for knowing what kind of property I would like. Not 5 stars because Al was not pleasant to work with.

Never received a call back.
