It took me a long time to finally buy my first house. Once I was ready I started attending open houses and found Alex Polishchuchenko by chance. Unfortunately I was not already with a realtor and mortgage since his house was perfect. But I kept in touch with Alex and chose him to help me find my first house.Buying a house is a very stressful process especially your first. Alex helped me through the process from day one including hooking me up with a great mortgage broker to find the best loan. Everything was done with text messages and digital documents. He set up a lot of listings and was able to score some last minute listings including the one I finally bought.Alex was great during the closing process working hard to ensure all the inspections and negotiations were done fast and well. He and his team were great advocates and took care of all the endless paperwork and appointments. Everything was clear and explained well from a buyers perspective, and he knew a lot of the selling agents which helped a lot. He is a little young but has a great energy and fire to help out.I knew from the first time we met that Alex would be a great partner, and I was right. Now I have a great house and survived the process!

He was able to negotiate the price we wanted for our new home and secure a credit at closing. He kept the closing on track and informed us of the progress every step of the way.His Team scheduled all of our reports and inspections and was prompt to reply to all questions or concerns. All of our docs were digitally signed and Alex was comfortable communicating in person, by text, by phone, and by email, making the process super easy.We feel so blessed to have connected with Alex, he is a Rockstar!
