Alex is AMAZING! He works so hard in making sure you, as the client, are comfortable with processes & his personable approach makes you feel as though hes known you for years. We reached out to Alex after being involved with another realtor for 2.5 months and needing to sell our home quickly due to relocating to another state. Day 1, we had the process laid out in detail and what to expect from potential buyers, open houses, price points, etc. We cant express enough how much we SO appreciate all that he did for us and keeping our spirits up during the sale

Everything went very smoothly with the sale of our home. It was the first home we have ever sold, so we had a lot of questions and were worried about a lot of different things, but Alex answered everything and helped guide us the entire way. The whole process was pretty much flawless thanks to Alex's expertise and vast experience in selling homes in the area. Everything just seemed to happen and fall in place effortlessly from listing through closing. We received full asking price on the sale and Alex handled all of the paperwork, inspections, appraisal, etc. very well so there were no issues or surprises. When it was time for closing Alex was there at the title company having already gone through the documents with the attorney and was ready to get everything finalized. We would definitely choose Alex again and will be sure to recommend him to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

We were planning on putting our house on the market, but couldnt decide what was important to replace or update, to make it most appealing to buyers. We had started looking at new homes to purchase, and really liked the agent from Belcher Realty that showed us houses. She recommended having Alex come in and look our house over and get some input from him, because thats what she did when selling her own home. It was the best advice we ever had. Even before he walked in the door Alex was paying attention to all the details that a new home owner would be looking at and wanting. We told him our thoughts and walked around the house with him to point things out, and his suggestions were spot on. He is very experienced in what people are looking for in flooring, paint colors, appliances, and other finishings. We really appreciated the time he took explaining the whole process and timeline of things to us, and that he never pressured us at all. The frosting on the cake for us was the list of experienced specialists that he gave us to help us get our projects finished on the house, so that it could go on the market before the holidays. They were very reasonably priced and experienced in their field. They were all very nice people and we actually enjoyed having them in our home. I especially enjoyed Alexs professional and modern take on selling a house. He set up a video and photo shoot of the house for us, and also used an appointment service for scheduling viewings of our home that we had control of. As soon as the video went online a buyer requested to see our house and put an offer in on the house that week. We closed on the house 30 days later! Alex knows his stuff and is a very nice guy to be around. Do yourself a favor and give him a call.

Alex is the real deal. He is one of the best realtors I have ever known, hands down! I was living out of town and helping my father sell his house. Alex came highly recommended to us, and he was fabulous. He helped us every step of the way, including hiring the appropriate contractors to ready our house for sale, supervising workers when we couldn't be at the house, hiring specialists as needed, producing high-quality pamphlets with professional photos, and providing sound professional guidance along the way. He was always available whenever we had questions, and always made time to answer any questions we had, regardless of how big or small. He and his staff used state-of-the-art technology and methods to advertise and monitor realtor activity when the house was being shown. Most importantly to me, Alex was always attentive to and respectful of my father. Alex was patient, considerate and an overall professional.
