- Alex never responded to my request
Agent has listings that are fraudulent and or old. My agent and myself asked him to remove a listing weeks ago, he has not responded and the home is still listed. Either incompetent, disorganized or acting in a fraudulent way I am unsure. Not what I would want in a real estate transaction.
- Alex and I connected, but did no business
Do NOT do business with this man. He refuses to answer calls or emails, refuses to do business in a timely manner, and leaves all the work to the other realtor. He represented buyers interested in my home. MY realtor did his own job and Alex's. Refused to file extensions and left us hanging with no information. Already over five days late closing with no extension or explanation

This is a crook. Don't do business with him.
- Alex helped me buy a home
Alex know a family member and found a house that "suited" what my wife was looking for. He made fraudulent and musleading statements regarding the house. He stated, " I will be sure to have the developer and builder have the property leveled so there will not be a problem with rain watet runoff that would cause damage to the foundation of the house". He did NOTHING!!! He lied to me and my family member, a good friend, and showed ZERO regret for his action or, a lack of in following through on what he said he would do. Do NOT do business with him. He is a crook and a liar!!!
