I had a great experience working with Alex and his partner Gabby when purchasing my first home. They were very responsive and professional. I had a tight deadline for finding a home, and they were able to coordinate showings as soon as possible for homes I was interested in. The entire process of viewing homes, putting together a contract, negotiating with sellers and finalizing the purchase was all very smooth. They were able to answer any questions I had along the way and even pointed me in the direction of a mortgage lender which worked out very well. Nothing but great things to say about Alex and Gabby, would recommend them to family and friends.

Gabby and Alex are great! Gabby is super responsive, especially on the weekends. That was her best quality. Alex is a very nice guy who really tries to get you all the answers you need. A very good team. Gabby handles all the behind-the-scenes stuff and Alex is the hands on showman. I would definitely recommend them. They put up with all my garbage and got me what I needed. Both Gabby and Alex were very professional and helpful. Being a home purchaser again after so many years of living in an apartment they made the process stress free for me. Coming from New Jersey to Connecticut during the month of June there was a lot of summer traffic and we were one hour late for our appointment. We called Alex and he handled it professionally, he was very understanding and assured us it was not a problem. When we arrived at the location he greeted us with a smile and walked us through the condo unit and answered all of our questions. Gabby walked me through the entire documentation process and assured me I could call her anytime with any questions or concerns. Gabby and Alex are a dynamic duo and we couldnt have been happier with both our experience as a buyer and a seller. We had a relatively aggressive timeline to purchase a new house which was daunting given the Old Lyme market, and as somewhat inexperienced buyers. We also had to decide what to do with our previous home - sell/rent, all while up against 2 major holidays.Gabby and Alex helped us buy a home and sell our previous one in the span of 6 weeks, navigating the holidays/tenant constraints and other challenges along the way. They were extremely responsive at any hour of the day, and guided us throughout both processes - expertly managing the timeline/open houses to allow us to get the price we wanted for our house with the least hassle. They were proactive and took the time to help us get answers to questions outside their domain. And throughout they were extremely diplomatic. They each have unique strengths and work together so well that its a very seamless experience.Admittedly, at the beginning I was somewhat skeptical about working with realtors in their 20s but they proved experienced and insightful well beyond their years. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to both buyers and sellers across the shoreline.

It was an excellent experience working with Alex throughout our home buying journey. He was super responsive and professional! I love the fact that he works with you on what's best for you and doesn't really try to get you into buying "something".
