  • Alexandra never responded to my request

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Alexandra, she was impolite to me since the first moment and without a reason, I was very polite to her. I passed trough an accident at the moment that I had to move-in so I trusted her and I trusted the former tenant that my bedroom was in good conditions, but it was when I moved-in that I realized that. When I tried to talk to her to find a solution to repair the broken walls, faucets, shower head, toilet, among others; she was impolite to me and talked to me with a bad attitude, she even got to express herself badly about me with the former tenant (as per the former tenant). Every time I tried to talk to her she was with a bad attitude and rising her voice to me, accused to bring my service dog without her knowledge and consent; and is all in writing and by emails and approved by her and the building, I had to save on my phone her voices notes and messages being rude to me. I tried to have always a harmonious conversation and it was impossible, I moved out one month early and I left that month to her to repair the apartment and she was kind of rude still. I had to put my roommate to talk with her because the way she treated me, even the locker of the door was damaged and I had to change it as I repaired some objets to be able to live in the apartment until I finished my contract, I took care of those expenses because it was easier to do that than dealing with her bad attitude towards me over and over again. I believe I have the right to be treated with respect as I do. It was a disappointing experience I felt deeply disrespected.
