Alexandra was superb. The house had tenants but we wanted to sell during the spring or early summer. She worked with the tenants to find them another rental. The tenants left early and were happy with the process while we meet our deadline. Alexandra really saw the house. She envisioned how to inexpensively change the negatives into positives. She creatively highlighted the positives. Her plan for preparing the house for showing was extensive, detailed, and inexpensive. Her neighborhood open house increased visibility and the number of offers. Alexandra was very responsive to my needs, she responded quickly and accurately to my questions, she was very professional in all she did. The house was on the market a short time. We received multiple offers substantially above the asking price. It was by far the best selling experience I have had in large part due to Alexandra.
