Alicia Brison

I was working with Alicia looking for investment properties. She has been in the industry for quite a few years (what she told me); however her knowledge of the industry is very minimal which I saw on a number of cases. She had to consult with her husband for almost every decision, therefore delay the process several times. When we finally found a property and made an offer, she ordered the inspections and the appraisal without finding key information from the HOA. Any agent or investor knows that Fannie Mae will not finance a loan when the renter to owner ratio is above 50%. Or should I say, everyone should know. At the end I lost $1000 spent on money that should have never been spent, because she didn’t know how to execute the process. Her excuse was that she was not familiar with the area, but the mistakes that were made had nothing to do with the area. It had to do with industry rules and executing process according to those rules. Her responses to me varied, most of the time she would reply to me that evening or on the next day. Overall, the slowest response from realtor I have worked with. I would not recommend her!
