Alicia proved to be our absolute best choice to sell our home. Start to finish, she was always accessible. Any time of the day, nights, weekends. I was always no more than one call and 3 rings away from picking her brain for ideas. She made the selling process seamless. No request was too small or too large. She was incredibly patient throughout the highs and lows of buyers bidding, backing out, and then restarting the process all over again. Her home improvement contacts proved invaluable as we did need some work done to pass inspection. Since our primary residence is on the East Coast we had no such contacts. Cheerful, level headed, knowledgeable, part psychologist, part confidant - Alicia is that and more rolled into one. An example of above and beyond service - She even took our cable box and returned it to the Comcast service center- two days after we'd settled and were already out of our home. Finally, did the seller and buyer get a fair price? We think so. Alicia Girard, in my opinion, is the "Gold Standard" of what a Real Estate Agent should be.

Alicia was more than a realtor, it was if she was apart of the family. We had quite the dynamic and lots of moving parts in the selling of our first home. It was a hard decision in selling out first home in which we brought our children home from the hospital but was the right one. She was was always understanding to our circumstance. Our agent, Alicia Girard was excellent! My wife and I have purchased 9 homes in 37 years and thus have learned to appreciate a really good agent like Alicia. Real estate transactions are complicated and having an agent that is truly professional, prompt, and detail oriented is invaluable. Significantly, Alicia put our interests ahead of her own in that she continued to negotiate for a lower price rather than just closing the deal prematurely which would have assured her a quick commission. Instead she kept advocating for us and saved us an additional two or three thousand. Also, unlike our earlier home purchases in which we were purchasing in areas we knew well, we came to the northwest Tucson area (Casas Adobes, Oro Valley, Marana) as out-of-towners with limited time. She listened well enough, and knew the area well enough, to know what we would like and not waste time on "no way" properties. We found Alicia by requesting a reference from our own excellent realtor in Grand Junction, Ron Sechrist of Bray Realty, and we have been very pleased with Alicia.
