My wife and I contacted Alisha late on a Friday night. We wanted a home with an office, 4 bedrooms, 3 car garage, and a decent sized yard for our kids. Alisha literally had 4 or 5 homes lined up for us to start viewing Saturday morning!! We viewed a few homes, but the first one we saw was more than what we were looking for. It had 2 offices, 3 car garage, and the best part was that it was walking distance from our kids school. More than anything, Alisha's attitude and excitement were truly wonderful. She's genuinely made for this exact job! I viewed realtors as pushy per sales driven, but she was calm, patient, and again truly wonderful to work with!! When it came to putting in an offer, she worked the back end by contacting the seller's realtor and doing several hours of research. We discussed the price we should offer, and it was all about our comfort level. She did not suggest, she informed us and told us about her experiences in placing offers. We were informed a day or so later that the seller agreed to sell us the home! It was awesome to see how happy my wife was. We are super excited how simple this process was in a crazy market. **update** We even bought a house using The Anderson Team to buy a 2nd home in Munds Park. We worked with Ayren and she was super friendly and personable. She was always willing to go and see a house we found. As first time home buyers she explained everything in a way we could understand, and when we still weren't sure she would always explain it again. As most people know, buying and/or selling a home is probably one of the most stressful things someone can do. Alisha is a very knowledge, easy to work with, and savvy person to work with. She was highly recommended by Effective agent. She put a listing together quickly and was able to look at properties the next day and find one that I wanted that same day.
