Allison Bourn did an amazing job at being my realtor, listening and understanding what was looking for( which I got more of than I expected!!) and all around making my first time home buying experience less stressful and a lot more relaxed and comfortable. I highly recommend using her as well as the C4 group for all your home finding needs. A+ for sure ! I love my new place!! Thank you all, you all did awesome!!

I could not have asked for a better realtor as a 1st time home buyer. Not only did I gain a new home, but i gained a new friend. I relocated to Arizona from Los Angeles in December. In September, I made an exploratory trip to the Tucson and Phoenix areas to choose a geographic area, I would concentrate on later. Allison, spent time with me over two days. She drove me all over the East Valley area to show me neighborhoods and houses. A purchase would be contingent upon me selling my existing home first. So I was unable to actually buy a house at that time and she knew that. But by doing what we did, I was able to make determinations as to areas I liked and did not like, as well as get a good feel for what my price range would be.After my return to LA, she sent daily emails of houses for me to look at online and let her know which ones I was interested in. I returned to AZ about a month later, with my LA house in escrow and she showed me the houses I had checked. On the second day, we found the house I am now living in. Allison also managed to get some repairs done to the house before I even arrived here. Even though there were some problems and delays with the escrow of the house I was selling, Allison coordinated with my realtor in LA to keep everything on track. I am so happy at the way everything turned out and definitely recommend Allison. If I ever need to sell this house, I plan to call her.

What a badass agent! She knew everything and answered all of about 1000 of my questions as a first time home buyer. She was fun and so easy to work with. Allison got the job done and FAST! So lucky to have her through out our journey finding a home!
