Alton was unbelievably helpful in such a way that he was always available for the time we wanted to go look at a home, he took care of meeting with the inspector and appraiser and he always responded to emails within an hour or two at the most! It was very clear he was on our side from the very beginning making sure to point out to us concerns he had regarding the homes we looked at, if he had any.On top of all of that, he did extensive research on the home we were making an offer to on make sure that our offer was accurate for the home and area.All in all, Al is the best. Hands down, the best. So much so that we actually just bought a second house and look forward to writing him another glowing review on that one once we close next month!
