Amy helped us through two negotiations and contracts on homes. She has a wonderful attitude and sunny personality. Just hearing her voice gives me a positive feeling. Not only is she knowledgeable about the housing market and neighborhoods, she is able to provide resources for home repair and improvements. That makes her an asset for sellers, too. When our first contract's home inspection showed the sellers clearly left something major out of their disclosure, she was able to get our due diligence fee back for us. Amy calls, emails and texts us in response to whatever our needs are. She is a strong negotiator and contacts the seller's agent throughout the process to keep the "ball rolling." I would imagine she would be just as strong on the seller's side. She actually goes "over and beyond" what an ordinary "realtor" does. If you work with Amy, you will never work with anyone else.
