I cannot thank Amy enough. I owned a home in Laverne, tn. My boyfriend owned a home in Smyrna, tn and we both sold our homes on the first day. We had found our new home before his went on the market and we put a contract on it. What I thought was impossible went perfectly. Amy knew exactly what we needed to do from start to finish and always had a solution. I can't thank her enough for knowing her stuff. We had to put it all in her hands and are SO glad we did. She is hard working and always was there to lead the way. She explained the whole process to us , which was a task having to sell two homes and buy one all at once. It went smoothly and exactly like she had told us it would. She had everything arranged at the closing for us to finalize his sale and close on our new home within 45 minutes.
