I am an Architect and Lic'ed home builder. I have purchased and sold all of my homes with Ana. I have also tried straying from her a couple of times when looking to buy if I thought that it might be advantageous to work with the selling agent directly; each time I was proven wrong and ultimately had to revert back to Ana and was so happy that I did so. I have always ultimately defaulted to dealing with Ana and only Ana and will continue to do so. She has shown on multiple occasions that she placed my financial well-being in greater priority than a commision check. She is ethical but fierce when it comes to negotiating. I have let her negotiate for me and each time she has exceeded my hopes for the deal (netting more money for my sale or cutting my purchase price lower than I was willing to pay). After my multiple home transactions, I would prefer to walk away from a deal than to not have Ana on my team.
