Derick was particularly good at communicating and working with us to navigate the home buying process. He was patient and we never felt that he was pushing us to purchase something that wasn't quite what we wanted. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. Even though it took us quite some time to find the house we really wanted he was always patient and seemed to genuinely care that we were satisfied with our purchase.
