      By far the worst realtor I have dealt with. No communication during the house buying or selling process. I thought everything was going smoothly with a house I signed a contract to buy, but apparently due to Andrew not meeting deadlines and neglecting contingencies, I lost my dream home. He did not communicate when my signature was needed to keep the process moving smoothly. This realtor has no common sense and no knowledge of current real estate. I have had much better success with my new realtor luckily, but sadly first wasted my time with Andrew. Stay away from Andrew!
