I paid over eight thousand dollars to Andrews partner so he could make some upgrades. Mr. Lucas promised me it would guarantee top dollar. Listed at 345,000, sold for 310,000. This man caused me huge amount of grief. The New sprinklers didn’t work, the grass in the backyard died. THIS DUDE IS TROUBLE
