I have experience in many phases of the Real Estate Industry, including Construction and Property Management. For 15 years I have maintained working relationships with a core group of clients who have rehabilitated properties, bringing both improvements to our communities and jobs to the construction industry. I'm very well versed in the Foreclosure and Short Sale Process and has even been through the loan modification process.I'm a real person with real life experiences that make a difference. My years of involvement within the community make me a valuable asset to everyone that elects to do business with me.I'm active in the Hispanic community (se habla Espanol) working with community outreach and other charity pursuits.
