Andy's passion for real estate emerged when he and his wife, Deirdre, starting looking for a house in Denver. He explored each of the neighborhoods in the city in order to understand what each neighborhood had to offer based upon the criteria that was important to them. After looking at over 100 homes throughout the city, they found a newly built duplex in the Berkeley neighborhood that met all their needs. Vibrant Tennyson St in the Berkeley neighborhood, appealed to Andy and after 2+ years continues to surpass his expectations.
