Why would anyone care about a Real Estate Professional? Big Commission to show somebody the hard work that you put into your home? No Way.Andrew Skaggs is a totally different type of professional. We were away on our dream vacation for several years and returned to find the home we loved so much before leaving had been ruined by renters. The rental was handled through another real estate company which seem to take no real interest in our property. My wife was in tears as we had originally expected to retake possession of the home. After viewing we decided to sell.We contacted Andrew through a mutual friend who insisted he had the upmost credentials and integrity. Andrew met with us the same day we called him. My wife was concerned that with us living 50 miles away and working full time, we would not be able to arrange contractors to install new carpets (which had been stained and torn), new interior paint (handprints and busted walls), landscaping (which had been destroyed and left to die) and finally find a way to remove the old tenants which were looking to continue to squat on the property while we took legal action.Andrew immediately calmed both of down and insured us that he would take care of everything. No need for us to meet with contractors, no need for us to find a lawyer, in fact no need for us to do anything except be available to sign documents timely and answer our phones for concurrence of actions that he was taking. Easy, no stress.24 hours later our old tenants were served with papers to evacuate the premises. Also within this time frame Andrew found us a real estate agent in our area which eventually found us our dream home on the California Delta.Within 30 days we had sold our home, above market price for cash. The process was simple, fast and required very little of our personal time.
