STAY AWAY FROM ANISH SHAH AT HELEN ADAMS REALTY – BIG FRAUD AGENT – UNETHICAL, IMMORAL, CORRUPT, LAIR, ARROGANT, and UNPROFESSIONAL Please don’t work with Helen Adams Realty. I have dealt with one of their Agents call Anish shah from the last 8 to 10 years. One of the most arrogant and rude unprofessional and unethical people I have ever seen in my life. I’m describing some of the points here based on my experience: • I’m not located in NC state, so I hired his company to do the rental management but in my entire experience of 10 years, he has always been rude, non-responsive and ignorant. • Upon asking many times every year, he never shares 1099 on time nor he shares any annual report of expenses • When it comes to repairs on the property, he gets it done by someone and never shares the receipts or any details. He directly deducts the amounts from the rent. Being non-local, I didn’t have time to change the company. • I was tired, so I decided to sell the rental property. He told me it would be around $10k to renovate the property, so I said ok and send him the check • At the time of closing, he sends me an email that the total cost of renovation is almost $15k. Upon asking receipts many times, he shares a word copy of the amounts and no receipts. He says the contractor doesn’t give receipts to me. What a lame excuse? There’s a height of corruption done by him at every level. • At the time of discussion of selling the property, I shopped with few agents including him on the fees and he told me that I will charge you only 3% fees and it will be closed in a one month • Not only it took 4 months to close the deal but on the closing statement, his fees were 6%. Then upon asking, he’s like I always charge 6% only. 3% is buyer fees and 3% is sellers’ fees. Such a big liar and shady personality. I didn’t pay very close attention while signing his contract and trusted him, but this is a big scam from him. • He doesn’t only respond to any of my effort to learn all these shocking details from my end but start informing the attorney office that I’m being difficult to work with. Not sure how come he’s not at all afraid of any of his Karma of doing the big fraud to someone.

Anish Shah and his team at Helen Adams Realty made my Charlotte home buying/selling experience as smooth and straightforward as it could have been. He is clearly very knowledgable about the area, referred me to contractors who got repairs done affordably and efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best price for my home. He was very informative and honest about what needed to be done to the home which, in the long run, made the selling process very easy. I was referred to him from a friend and I would no doubt refer him to any other potential homeowner or seller in the Charlotte region.
