Ann Rudd

Ann Rudd was a horrible real estate agent and probably a horrible person. The house did not get the repairs they said they would make. It has so many issues, which I told her I didn’t want a fixer upper. She wouldn’t negotiate the price and didn’t want to show me any other houses. She used fear tactics that I wouldn’t find another home becaus everything was sold out and should just buy immediately which was nerve racking and a horrible experience. She waited until I lost my deposit to tell me that the repairs aren’t being done and lied to me about things that were. I found out when roof stated leaking and windows started falling off the house. The entire experience was a nightmare. She was also supposed to sell a property for me after closing and I suspect she knew how badly she scammed me because she never even called me to sell the property. I never heard from her again after this horrible experience and I would not recommend her to anyone. Ever. Worst real estate agent and probably human being.
