Annie is so much better than other realtors I'd met! Patient, attentive, a great negotiator who will always have your best interests at heart. We had met other realtors at open houses, but she was by far the most knowledgeable and saved us from picking houses that would cause us a lot of trouble. She also saw the potential value in our house and worked with us to make it the best showing possible, and ended up getting us 20% more than other realtors suggested as our listing price.

I bought my first home with the help of Annie and I was very apprehensive because I've heard so many horror stories about the process of buying a home. But my experience with Annie couldn't have been any further from that; Annie made the process so smooth and easy. She was there every step of the way making sure that my best interest was at hand, getting me the best deal, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and being so accommodating. So when it was time to sell my home, I knew Annie was the right person to call. She made my home buying and selling process so stress free and I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. Annie and her team were amazing! I called Annie to help me sell my home in Los Gatos, and she had the home staged, listed, and sold within 3 weeks. Annie was a great source for our family when selling our home. I found her on Zillow and after interviewing several realtors it was obvious her strategy and marketing was different than other agents we met. She definitely thinks outside the box to get as many people to see the house which in turn drove the price up because so many people were interested in buying it. She spent quality time taking care of our concerns, brought in a great designer and contractor to get the house ready. She even paid to have all the work done before we listed it!! I was surprised about how much she did to help before we even listed the house. Then once it was listed, she was great at telling us what buyers were saying about the house, communicating what would happen next and handling all our questions. We couldn't have been happier with how she helped get the house ready for sale, then getting us the highest sale price in our neighborhood!! She's the best and highly recommend her and her team!.

Annie Baker is the BEST realtor out there. She is kind and cares about you and wants to get the BEST house and beat deal for you. My husband and I started to look with her, but had to hold off and work on some financing issues. She put us in touch with a great mortgage advisor who worked with us during the process. Annie periodically checked in to make sure we still knew what's going on in the market along the way. She never made us feel like she was pressuring us to buy, just made us feel like when we were ready, she would be there. And that's exactly what happened and when we were finally ready (probably about 9 months later), we started looking again. She is knowledgeable about the market and was 100% honest with us about everything. As a first time buyer, she walked us through everything and answered our questions. She was prompt in getting back to us and worked hard to help us find what we were looking for. She ended up finding us a house for sale that wasn't on the MLS!! It was so great not to have to compete for the house with multiple offers. We have been in the house over 2 months and couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Annie to all our colleagues and friends.

Annie is amazing. As many of the reviews state, she is great at keeping you informed of what is going on and replies to emails and phone calls super fast. I felt I was constantly in the loop throughout the process, which is exactly what we wanted. She was also really caring and kept reminding us that we would find the right home and eventually be settled. As first time home buyers, we felt very comfortable having Annie support us through this process.
