  • Anne and I connected, but did no business

Anne Jones is the worst realtor l have met in my life. Summary first for those who do not like long stories. 1. She is impossible to reach 2. Rude on the phone. 3. She makes 3 groups or more within an hour of showing time. 4. She does not wait longer than 2 minutes from the appointed time. 5. She does not pick up her phone then text you. I contacted her with my profile through email, just a few hours later when it was listed on zillow late at night. I waited until the next morning and called her to make an appointment to see the house, but no answer. After making many calls, l leave a message, then text her but got nothing. I keep calling her from time to time, until the very late afternoon, she answers her phone, instead of "hello", she goes " you Hana?" And adds, there are too many people who are interested so she will be putting 3 or more groups to show the house from 9-10am tomorrow. So l asked her if we can be there at 10am since it takes almost 3 hours for us to get there, and she said ok. Just after l hung up, l get a text message to confirm the appointment, and a long list of things we should bring along since the application will be ready. And l text her we will be there at 10am. The next day we arrive to the premise just on time, and went around to find a spot to park. While going around we see a lady coming out from the house, who then locked the door and drove a car which was parked just in front of the house, which was the only spot near by. I ran out from our car to make sure it was the right house and it was, so called her right away, leave a voice message and called many times to turn her car. And after 15 minutes or more of calling l text her. The funny thing is, as we both use iphone, l saw her read my text right away, and tries to write something then not send me at last. I called her again, she does not answer. And when l text her 'hello?' She writes ;Sorry I didn't see you, i left my phone in the car and went into a store. I have to be somewhere else can not come back. Maybe we can try next week? (I pasted the whole message from her text) I just lost words. We drove 3 hours and we were 2 minutes late. So l text her to please help us to see the house. Guess what? I got no text back. I really wonder how she is in person. But from the experience, l don't really want to know. By the way, she does not look anything from the picture, with nice smile. That is why l ran off the car to double check the address to see if it were the realtor or not.
