Anne Silverman

Anne is an all-star! Does her homework and is always prepared. She helped us find our first home here in Sudbury MA when we relocated from NH. Later we wanted to downsize when our children were done with school and we immediately reached out to Anne, who is now also a good friend. She facilitated the sale of our Sudbury house and helped us buy a home in Upton prior to the open house to avoid the multiple offer situation. I do not think we would have this beautiful home if not for Anne's expertise.

Buying our first home was intimidating, but one conversation with Anne made us feel confident. She was super flexible with our schedules: one of us is always on call, and the other travels a lot for work. She was also a great advocate: she understood quickly what we wanted, gently steered us away from things she thought we wouldn't like, and pushed the sellers hard for lots (tons) of little concessions. 10/10 would look to Anne for help again.

As others have shared, Anne is a tremendously professional, supportive, diligent realtor who takes pride in her work and supporting her clients. Anne is resourceful - recommended a couple of contractors for repairs prior to selling and lawyers for the closing. On my behalf, she followed up with both the contractor and lawyer to ensure that all needs had been met so that the house was ready to be put on the market and shown in a timely manner. With the lawyer, she followed up on all needed pieces (final water/sewer reading, oil reimbursement, etc.). Always communicative, Anne was in continual touch with me, the contractor and lawyer. My house had three viable offers o the first weekend of being shown - I think this is a testament to realistic pricing based on comparables/the market, the house, its location and worth. Anne made this process so easy so that my busy work life was not interrupted "dealing with details"; Anne took care of the details. You can't go wrong with Anne!!

Anne met me a year before my home was listed. She offered sound advice in my preparations over the year. She used various means of communication to stay in touch throughout the year even though I had not agreed to use her services. When the time arrived to list the home, Anne met me at my convenience with her written proposal and steps to sell the house promptly. She proved to be a warm, hard working professional focused on getting the job done. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone planning to buy or sell. I would certainly contact Anne again if I was planning to move.

Anne has also guided us through a messy new construction purchase, and when that fell through (at no fault to Anne), Anne was very proactive at finding us a new home.
