Most horrible experience of my life. All she cares about is money and won't ever follow through with any problems that occur. She even went as far as to blame/attempted to charge me for water damage that came through from upstairs when it had been reported to her several times. We had toilet water seeping into our apartment for almost 2 months before we had to threaten her with legal action. Even then, it "wasn't her problem" and that I should "never text her before business hours" even though I work a medical job that takes up all day.
