Javier Reyes

Javier Reyes was instrumental in helping us to purchase our home. He and his team made themselves available to us whenever we wanted to look at homes. He helped us to objectively look at all of our housing options and worked to get us the best purchase price. When we started experiencing delays in the closing, Javier stepped in and made things happen. The problems were with the other realtor, but she had gone on vacation so Javier took it upon himself to resolve them. After we closed, Javier sent his personal cleaning crew to clean our new home before we moved in. He would also call us every few weeks, over several months, to see how we were doing and if he could be of any assistance to us. When we refinanced our mortgage six months after closing, Javier offered to contact the new mortgage company to move our paperwork along. I have never experienced a level of customer support like what Javier demonstrated. We will definitely contact Javier when we are ready to sell our home.
