Two months ago I bought a condo in San Francisco. Anthony was my agent. He was extremely helpful, honest, pleasant to work with, and professional. He has deep knowledge of the SF Bay Area market. He is well-known and liked by all the agents in the area, which really helps when it comes to the relationship between the buying agent and listing agent. The buying process was made so much easier for me due to Anthony's knowledge of the processes the buyer has to go through (paperwork, loans, etc.). I recommend to anyone looking for a house/condo in the Bay Area.

Anthony was such a huge help throughout our home search and buying process. He was always available and super flexible. He listened to what we wanted, and provided honest and helpful feedback along the way. He's super knowledgable about the industry and has great insight and advice. We trusted him and were confident in his guidance, which is huge when you're looking at such a big investment. We are first-time buyers in San Francisco during one of the biggest seller markets of all time. Going in we had low expectations. We were expecting to be overbid multiple times before we succeeded and to spend several months in the process. And we were resigned to a smallish place that would need a lot of work, which is what the market seemed to be telling we were able to afford. Then we started working with Anthony. Within 6 weeks we were closing on a great house at a great location facing a park with views of downtown SF which was 50% bigger than what we expected to be able to afford. And that was our second bid on a house. Without Anthony there is no way we could have done it. Anthony was patient, explaining the home buying process in detail at every step for us beginners. His estimates of what homes would sell for were on the mark every single time. He is always available (I wonder when he sleeps) and encouraged us to call him when he was on vacation if we had any questions (we didn't). Anthony knows the San Francisco real estate market very well, has good relationships with sellers, escrow companies and banks (he recommended our mortgage consultant, who also turned out to be great) and steered us through the process including a successful negotiation to add improvements to the house after our bid had been accepted. He is professional, responsive, punctual and friendly and if I buy property in San Francisco again I will definitely call him.

Over the last 30 years, I have bought and sold homes on six different occasions. My brother, a real estate agent in Marin recommended an agent, whom as he put it he had heard great things about. After interviewing 2 or 3 final candidates, I chose Anthony, who was easily the most impressive in the interview process. Anthony helped in the development of a strategy to sell our home and purchase a new one, without disrupting life too badly for our family of 5. He was thoughtful, reachable (which is my biggest gripe with agents) and very personable. He was confident without being overbearing. With his guidance, not only were we able to get top dollar for our home in the Mission District, but literally found the home of our dreams to move into. Anthony helped us and our both kids the find in SF the apartment that we were looking for. He is nice and friendly without the behavior that I personally don't like of a "sale" person.

We can only say very positive things about Anthony. He always answers his phone, text or email right away. He constantly followed up. He came in with a very realistic value for the property we sold. He went over different strategies to sell it. He guided us well through the process. He was in good communications with other Realtors, mortgage companies and title companies in the process. They all told me he was very good to work with and easy to get hold off.
