April Hay

April Hay has represented buyers and sellers of residential real estate in South Orange County for over 10 years, specializing in working with clients who are over 55, clients with disabilities, and first time buyers and sellers. The extra care and services required by these three groups of clients provides April Hay the opportunity to provide a high level of excellent, caring and professional services that goes beyond standard sales transactions. Early on in her career in real estate, April Hay achieved the GRI designation, which represents a year of additional real estate training. She also completed the SRES designation, which is additional training on dealing with the real estate needs of people over 55. April Hay is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Arts, and she is a U.S. military veteran. April Hay is well qualified and experienced in assisting military veteran buyers and sellers.
