I have an educational background in the field of science, engineering, and Information Technolgy. I have worked at Princeton University, Textron Defense Systems, HP, and Yahoo. But I have a passion for the real estate and have worked as real estate broker, owner, mortgage broker, and investor for many years. I pride in providing excellent customer service. I will go out of my way to understand client needs and help them in achieving their goals. I can work with the purchase/sale of a primary home, residential, and commercial investment properties. Over the years, I have experienced multiple real estate cycles. We have helped many clients to do short sales and avoid foreclosure in the down market and to make a large profit in the increasing market. My wife and I have hosted a popular real estate talk show for many years on a South Asain radio station in the Bay Area with the aim of educating clients about ever-changing market conditions.
