When the sale to the first buyer fell through (by no fault of Aubrey), she was able to get find a new buyer at asking price within a week to save the purchase of our home. They also were able to mediate and coordinate a same day closing despite a late identified open mortgage on our home. For the purchase, she was able to respectfully and reasonably negotiate a price below asking with some additional perks. During the final walkthrough, when the house was not in the condition she expected, she worked hard to ensure that a cleaning service was performed. Throughout every step of the process the Aubrey Guri team was personable and great to work with, They provided outstanding recommendations for inspections, contractors, cleaning services, etc. Their marketing, home sale flyer, photographers were second to none. I highly recommend them on both the selling and buying end, and would definitely go to them again in the future for any real estate endeavors.
