To keep this review simple, Azita represented the buyer of the home we were renting and so the buyer was going to be the new landlord. There were several texted that I was able to see related to the sale of this home and she was very rude in her answering of questions. But when we were forwarded a text that conflicted to what was in the rental agreement we signed, I called her and she did not call back. So 24 hours later I called her office and they transferred me to her. When I talked to her she said she hadn’t even checked my message yet. So this is not someone that you would want to be working with on possibly the biggest sale or purchases of your life. The call did not go as expected, but again what should I expect when she didn’t even check the voice message I left her. But the call ended with her saying “I was told you where college educated.” I was stunned because this had nothing to do with the call and this was the first and only interaction I had directly with her. I feel this was her dig at that fact that I am a gay married man and she knows that she can’t call me out on that because of Fair Housing laws. (You can tell we are a gay married couple from the pictures on the wall, the one bed and the selling agent told her that we are a gay married couple. – I confirmed this with the selling agent in writing after this call took place.) I have made the city of Chandler fair housing department aware of this, so if you experience issues with her along these lines, please let them know.

Response time is slow or at times you just have to call her again to get a response and then she probably will act like you are bothering her. Find an agent that cares and makes this already stressful experience a positive and not so stressful one for you.
