Buying a house is an overwhelming process. I remember attending open houses with my wife and the realtors seemed a little bit sleazy. So when it was time to purchase our first home we needed someone that was trustworthy and a realtor that put our best interests before their own. We had a short list of realtors, but we decided to go with Bandele.We put offers on multiple properties, got so close to finalizing a deal on a house but fell out escrow due to the seller not providing permit documents. After further searching, we put another offer on a house in Highland Park. Bandele was able to obtain credits and repairs, walked us through the entire home buying process. She was available anytime to discuss any issues (even if it was late in the evening)I can't recommend her enough.

Bandele goes above and beyond effort, persistence, professionalism and competence in finding, negotiating and closing my property last week. Bandele has been my fourth real estate agent and by far the best. She is very responsive; she listens to her clients; she caters to her clients; regardless if your budget is $200K or $2M.
