Barbara Benz

Originally from a small town in Southern California, I moved to Lake Tahoe in the 70’s. After 4 yrs. of casino restaurant work and life in a resort town, I longed for the comfort of a small community and wanted to have a horse again! I have been in Gardnerville, NV now for over 35 yrs. I have worked in fine dining restaurants in Genoa, Minden and Gold Hill, Nevada. In 1992, I joined our local Volunteer Fire Department in Douglas County and am still an active Wildland Firefighter and Haz Mat Tech. In 1994, I was out of work with a knee injury and was asked by a friend if I wanted to help her in her Property Management office. I loved the challenge, excitement and problem solving aspect of the work. In 1997, I obtained my Real Estate license and in 1999, my Property Management Permit. I have worked as a Property Manager and Sales Agent/REALTOR® for over 18 yrs. I am pleased to be part of the LL Realty team!
