Bob moved to Cedar Rapids in 1978 to work for Rockwell Collins. He recently retired as Director of Communication Services where he enjoyed working on acquisition teams and process improvement initiatives. Bob received a BA from Mount Mercy University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Lenchen was born in Cedar Rapids and has thoroughly enjoyed living in both Marion and Cedar Rapids. She served as Executive Director at House of Hope in Cedar Rapids and was founder and president of Cedar Rapids Gives, now Chains Interrupted with co-founder Teresa Davidson, an all-volunteer organization raising awareness of human trafficking in this region of the country. Lenchen holds a BA in Biblical Ministries. Bob and Lenchen have three adult children together. We are passionate about serving our community and giving back through non-profit and volunteer work. We believe this is one of the greatest places to live and rear children --- a place with great people, schools, businesses and churches.
