Beat was my broker for a home I bought in September, 2017 in San Anselmo. Beat was outstanding and I can't recommend him enough if you're looking to buy or sell a home in Marin.During the home search, Beat was all over new listings and had a deep understanding of the Marin home market. He would email me immediately with new listings and provide his perspective on the property, the pros and cons, and was just super helpful in this regard. Then, if I was interested in seeing a house, Beat was always available to show it to me and had great insights on each home we looked at. He never pushed his opinion but always provided a valuable and objective perspective. His demeanor is calm and extremely professional.When me and my wife finally found a home in San Anselmo that we wanted to bid on, Beat guided us beautifully. He helped us put together a very solid offer. Our bid was the one accepted and I am deeply appreciate to Beat for that, because I think he played a big part of it. One thing I picked up on during my housing search was how well respected Beat is by other real estate brokers in Marin. Whenever I told someone that Beat was my agent, the response was invariably positive. I think having a broker who is so well respected also helped my offer.Finally, during the contingency period, Beat coordinated the closing, helped me set up the repair work, and was just always available to answer questions.
