Beth is an EXCELLENT Realtor. We live out of state, and she helped us sell our Fort Collins home. She was very responsive and was willing to communicate via phone calls, emails, and texts as needed to bring everything together. She has an excellent network of go-to professionals that she was able to get any required estimates for repairs as needed, and was able to help facilitate making improvements to the house that enabled us to have a competitive listing and bring in a top-dollar sales price for the home. I appreciate every bit of effort Beth brought to our sale. She was very pleasant to talk with, and worked well under pressure, helping to calm our anxieties during what would tend to be a stressful time for most people, selling their first home. The home still had tenants living in it, but Beth was still able to market the house and host an open house where there were 20 - 30 groups of people visiting the house that day. Shortly thereafter we had two offers to choose from with prospective buyers who were willing to take on the responsibility of being landlords for the short remaining duration of the current tenants lease before moving in. She helped us negotiate various points with the new buyers, and helped keep the transaction smooth for all parties involved.
