She supplied access to the home search website, and it allowed me to conduct a search on my own as well. She was quick to respond, and helped out after the home purchase contract was signed by interceding on my behalf to address various delays caused by the builder. Beth was a wonderful agent to work with! My husband and I were brand-new to Charlotte via relocation from Chicago. Beth worked tirelessly with both of us to find the absolutely PERFECT home for us, and we had some very specific "wants" for our new home! We appreciated her energy, her honesty, and her patience with us and our situation. It may have taken us a couple months to find "The One" but once we did she helped everything move quickly and incredibly efficiently, helping us negotiate a great deal.
