She was everything I really needed : MOTIVATED , DILIGENT, 100 % RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL , FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT . She is very KNOWLEDGEABLE and also explains all her actions very clearly and anything i ever signed so i felt safe through the process for which was smooth and quick once we gained my purchase ! i didn't know BETH prior to seeking my Home. She did such a great job the first time with our home in the HB Seagate/Bel-Air neighborhood that we could not imagine working with anybody else. Her overall knowledge of the Westminster Village community, where our home was located, was very impressive and she was able to help us price and sell for above what we were expecting. Her responsiveness and ability to handle anything that came up made a very rushed transaction (19 day escrow) go very smoothly. One thing that we have always appreciated is the personal touch she brings. Whether it was answering our numerous questions, following up on every lead, or meeting with contractors, inspectors, cleaners, finding affordable stagers and a local notary public, she personally handled every aspect of the transaction so that we never had to worry about a thing. Beth is one of the nicest and most professional people we have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is attentive, communicates well, and always makes us feel like we are her only clients (even though we are not). We not only found a realtor that we could trust, but also someone we could call a friend. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy, sell, or rent property!

Yelp - We just happened to meet Beth at an open house when we were beginning to think about purchasing a new home. She was so warm and friendly and definitely not pushy we decide to give her a call to go look at a few properties we have been thinking about. I've never met anybody more patient and willing to hear us out and take their time with us to find the perfect house. We even had kind of a nightmare situation when are blender pretty much tried to scam us and she sat by us and coached through the whole entire incident help us find a new and more honest lender that closed are file in 10 days. We were recommended her to friends who love her as well. I really can't say enough nice things about her.
