We recently had the good fortune to use Bill Denny as our listing agent. From initial meeting to closing, he was a thorough professional: knowledgeable, informative, helpful, thorough, dedicated. We lived in a somewhat rural area that is not heavily trafficked, and I had some neighbors who had had their homes on the market for over a year with no luck, so I was a bit uncertain going in. Bill explained the local market, came up with recommended price range, and then handled all the administrative details about putting the house on the market. What I really liked was his straightforward, low key approach. No games, no "tricks" on how to sell, just a couple of common sense recommendations. From initial listing to contract was just 51 days, and this was in the normally down time of dead of winter. I highly recommend Bill Denny. Every person we dealt with in his establishment was professional and respectful, including the man who put up the for sale sign in our yard. Bill gained our trust and respect immediately. He provided not only an infectious smile, but the highest standard of customer care and expert advice. His experience and expertise proved successful as he competatively priced our house to sell in down season. He even nudged us for one more open house. I almost backed out but he convinced us we would get traffic. And he was right. It was that last open house that provided several interested parties as well as the buyers. A bold move which could have backfired with creating two mortgages; however, faith mixed with an outstanding realtor equated to a sale. In what many told us was the down season and a nearly impossible time to sell, our house sold. While others in the community took their signs down until the spring, we took ours down because it sold. Bill and Karyl were very helpful and knowledgeable in the home selling process. Their responsiveness was most exceptional. Selling a home can be very frustrating and lengthy, but since we had an offer in less than one day this made the process go much faster than usual. Mr. Denny and his staff are better then those that advertise on Radio stating they will buy your home if it don't sale ... we had those people and they did not live up to the hype! We had Mr. Ryan Denny and Ms. Signe Yates as our realtors to buy our home and we could not of been more pleased ..
