  • Bill listed and sold my home

      We were very fortunate to have found Bill Denny and Karyl Allen through a HomeLight search. With Bill and Karyl's guidance, we were able to obtain an offer for our home the 2nd day it was on the market, and we closed the sale of our home 31 days after it was listed for sale! Bill and Karyl are very well informed about the local area, and were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Karyl is a great listener, and a real pleasure to work with. We never felt that we were pressured in any way or had any of our questions dismissed. Karyl offered great advice throughout the process and even helped us out late one evening when we had locked ourselves out of our home. We would strongly recommend Bill and Karyl to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent in the area!

    • We recently had the good fortune to use Bill Denny as our listing agent. From initial meeting to closing, he was a thorough professional: knowledgeable, informative, helpful, thorough, dedicated. We lived in a somewhat rural area that is not heavily trafficked, and I had some neighbors who had had their homes on the market for over a year with no luck, so I was a bit uncertain going in. Bill explained the local market, came up with recommended price range, and then handled all the administrative details about putting the house on the market. What I really liked was his straightforward, low key approach. No games, no "tricks" on how to sell, just a couple of common sense recommendations. From initial listing to contract was just 51 days, and this was in the normally down time of dead of winter. His associate Karyl took care of the details in working with the buyer's agent to get us to closing. Everything went smoothly with no hiccups. Couldn't have been happier. If you're looking for a straight shooter with no gimmicks but with results, I highly recommend Bill and his group

    • I highly recommend Bill Denny. Every person we dealt with in his establishment was professional and respectful, including the man who put up the for sale sign in our yard. Bill gained our trust and respect immediately. He provided not only an infectious smile, but the highest standard of customer care and expert advice. His experience and expertise proved successful as he competatively priced our house to sell in down season. He even nudged us for one more open house.     • Mr. Denny and his staff are better then those that advertise on Radio stating they will buy your home if it don't sale ... we had those people and they did not live up to the hype! We had Mr. Ryan Denny and Ms. Signe Yates as our realtors to buy our home and we could not of been more pleased .. Ryan had a trip planned and Signe took over for him and WOW, she hit it out of the park .. How many realtors you know that will spend the whole weekend with you visiting homes in neighboring towns... Oh and by the way, we wanted to have some work done on the home and they put us in touch with professionals that were fantastic and inexpensive saving us even more money
