I have nothing but good things to say about Bill. I was a first time homebuyer without much knowledge about the real estate process. He always seemed to be looking out for me and my best interests. He is very experienced and it shows. He was never pushy, and was extremely patient as I took my time to find the right place. He also worked around my crazy nightshift schedule! Buying a home is an extremely stressful experience and he was always the calm presence to guide me and keep me sane. I will definitely use Bill in the future for any real estate needs and highly recommend him

Bill Drummey is the epitome of a trustworthy, hard working, ethical, and customer-focused realtor. I can't say enough about how helpful Bill was in my house selling/buying process. I needed one home to sell in order to purchase the second, and Bill masterfully walked me through the process reassuring me that we could get it done. Within a span of three months I had a home sold and was moving into the second. Bill took me to numerous showings so I could be certain of my purchase. Bill is amazing! He was my very first Realtor and he helped me buy a condo and subsequently sell it because I was leaving the state. As a first time buyer I was pretty intimidated about the whole process of getting a loan, making an offer, getting the inspection, negotiating repairs, understanding the condo association legal jargon, etc. Bill helped and explained every step of the way so that I knew what was coming and there were no surprises (both with buying and selling!). We have known Bill for over 30 years. He has helped us buy two homes in the past 4 years for each of our moms who moved to town to be near us. When we wanted to purchase a single story home on a particular lake where there was nothing for sale, Bill took the initiative to send letters to each homeowner letting them know he had a buyer if they were thinking of selling. Within a week, we had a prospect who ultimately did sell us her house on the lake. Bill knows how to get deals to close. He understands what motivates sellers and buyers. When we were trying to buy the other house, he knew to tell the seller a little bit about the buyer (my mother), so that the seller would know the home would be well cared for and loved. Bill is mild mannered and knowledgeable so he can negotiate deals without alienating the other agent. Bill was absolutely outstanding and by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. He was well organized and able to explain so much about the area. We flew in from out of town and wanted to "blitz" through. I think we had something like 22 houses flagged for the day. Bill had prepared a full binder, in route order, with all the details relevant to each house we looked at. It was well organized and by the end of the day we had picked our house and were ready to make an offer. Bill also helped after the sale! Bill helped us purchase a vacation home in Phoenix. We were able to begin the relationship via email and phone calls. Bill listened to what we wanted and had a good list of homes for us to visit when we arrived. By the time we left, we had made an offer on a house. While that house fell through due to timing issues (a cash offer), he was able to secure our second choice. We handled all the paperwork via email. The same went for closing, although we returned to Phoenix for the actual closing. He bird-dogged the process, and we were extremely happy with the outcome

My experience with Bill was nothing less than superb. I am an out of state resident and had to sell my Arizona home. Being out of state, I had to rely on Bill for a great number of tasks. Through the process, Bill went above and beyond by regularly checking the premises, ensuring the property was safe, advising on other safeguards, etc. The sales process went incredibly smooth with Bill giving me regular updates at each stage of the sale. He is also well familiar with the agents and markets of the area, so his advise in establishing price, negotiation strategies etc. was invaluable. He also brings with him excellent research and market data so that I could verify the basis for his recommendations. Bill was able to get my house under contract with the eventual buyer in under 10 days from the initial listing. In addition, the final price very close to the listing. Furthermore, Bill took the iniative to push the buyers into closing early. The efficiency and skill with which Bill works saved me considerable expenses by not having the property fester on the market. One final point, I think Bill works 24 hours a day. I received paperwork and updates at all hours (via email - afterhours) and I don't believe I ever received his voicemail when I needed to get in contact with him
