Bill Frassineti

To start, he provided little help in narrowing our search for a home. We were provided a keyword search database of MLS listings and left to look through the hundreds of results by ourselves. When attempting to schedule appointments to see potential homes his responses were delayed and we felt we were on his time rather than our own. We decided in the end to contract with a new development that we had visited weeks before sitting down with Bill. The builder had previously offered incentives that were unavailable at the time we went under contract. We requested that Bill negotiate these into our contract. Instead he simply asked the sales representative to add them, and when met with a "no" he simply shrugged his shoulders and let it go. We called back a week later, and were able to negotiate the $3,300 incentives into an amendment all by ourselves. He didn't even assist us in ensuring the home was inspected prior to closing. He had been provided with our final numbers and somehow missed that we were paying $4000 more than necessary. This real estate agent was nothing but a burden to us throughout the whole process. I would not recommend Bill Frassineti or the Wilkinson & Associates firm that he's associated with.
