Bob Linthicum

Bob is originally from Frederick, Maryland and moved to the Venice area in 2004. Bob’s love of gracious homes, coupled with his interest in history, led him to be an expert in remodeling historic properties in Maryland for over 20 years. Bob also has an extensive background in service related business, all pointing to the career that fits his many talents - real estate. Bob states, “It’s the Florida lifestyle that brought me to this area-plain and simple. The southern hospitality, the year round outdoor activities and, of course, the sunshine.”
