Brad workrd with us to find a home the wads in our price range and met our criteria. He was understanding and didn't try to talk us into offering way above out price range wich was very important. When we had trouble getting full approval on a loan because we were first time home buyers, he helped us find a bank. He made the paper work process very easy and went above and beyond.
