I have been working in the Real Estate Industry for 5 years, and as an Agent working with Buyers and Sellers for the last 2 years in one of the most difficult markets since 1950. I started working with Seller´s doing Short Sales where I learned all about the Banks and the Investors who hold the Notes for the property. From there I worked with Equity Seller´s where we worked on Marketing their homes both Online and through Print Media. As a result of working with Sellers I found my way into working with Buyer´s who were experiencing the lowest interest rates in the last 40 years. Their was a frenzy for Buyers looking for homes, which is when I learned that positioning your offer correctly can give you the advantage to secure the deal for the Buyer. In the changing market it is my perception that an Agent that can quickly internalize how the market is evolving and explain it to their clients will be able to Find, Negotiate, and Secure more deals and better serve their clients.
