My husband and I were in a home that we hated... declining neighborhood, declining value and with a predatory lender.We were fed-up and ready to walk away from it. I got a call from Brandie and talked to her about what was going on. Although she is a great friend, sheimmediately became my "agent" and not my "friend". She came over to talk to us.
