THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR AFTER LEAVING MAXWELL'S MANAGEMENT , HIS IPS OFFICE DIDN'T SEND THE FUND THEY HAD TO SEND ME . THE MOST CRUEL PERSONS I HAVE KNEW . Just as the prior comments suggest, Brent Maxwell is a fraudulent businessman. He is a conman and will say anything to create an illusion that he's working in your best interest even though his intent is malicious and his core objective is to steal your money for his personal use. He provides no documentation or tranpacney in any business transaction or his business affairs- while holding you at bay with promises of grandure and transaction execution which is fraudulent and complete misrepresentation. Once he takes your money for an investment, it's gone. He pretends to have an elaborate successful business operation when the reality is just smoke and mirrors to hold off any lawsuit. Without disclosing details from my attorney yet, I believe Mr. Maxwell takes your money for his personal use while you own worthless and obsolete real estate that sits on the market which becomes a sunk asset and a complete loss of capital to the investor. Even after threats, conversations, and plea's to trust him, he continues on the same path of gross negligence and fraudulent misrepresentation - deceit - and theft - all felonies that he claims are false when the hard evidence supports these allegation which will be proven through mediation. He is a con man and a parasite. Preys on those who live outside metro Detroit. Managed a property of mine after I moved out of the area. Services were terminated after 3 months and I got screwed for roughl $1,500. Glad I got out from under these peole when I did. Could have been much worse.

Brent Maxwell took the time to guide me through the process of buying a rental property and provided construction and property management services. We made a rough house into a cash-flowing investment and I am extremely happy with the results.

Amazing experience. We bought a rental investment through Brent Maxwell that needed work. Brent managed the rehab and then handled property management with his team. They took care of everything. We flipped it to another investor for a good profit. Looking forward to our next deal with Brent.
