Brent Talbot

Brent is great! I was referred to Brent back in 2008 by a good friend who had just worked with him. I was a first time buyer and knew nothing about the process. Brent is so knowledgeable on every aspect of the real estate world and has a knack for explaining things in an understandable way. He made even the more complicated subjects crystal clear for me!I can 100% vouch for everything Brent stated in his bio/profile! He was always so attentive yet not at all pushy. He also always has creative/out-of-the-box ideas on future renovations and potential upgrades. He is informative and insightful and, I believe, the reason I got my dream house! I have personally recommended Brent to 3 people (my sister and 2 friends). All of them ended up with a successful purchase (a condo in Redondo Beach, a house in Westchester and a cute bungalow in Long Beach). Both home buyers had very particular needs and I saw Brent not only deliver exactly what they needed, but he did it with such patience! Lastly, Brent is very nice and pleasant to be around. That's so important when the home buying process can take a while. The next time I am in need of a realtor, I would only think to dial Brent's number!
